血液灌流联合血液透析治疗别嘌醇所致药物超敏反应综合征一例 被引量：7

摘要 别嘌醇引起药物超敏反应综合征（DIHS）又称为DRESS综合征（drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms）是一种由别嘌醇诱发的以急性广泛的皮损，伴发热、肝、肾、肺等多脏器受累、淋巴结肿大为特征的严重全身性药物不良反应。我们于2012年12月收治1例，现报道如下.
