摘要
目的研究设计具有干涉视力计功能的手持式视网膜对比敏感度(retina contrast sensitive function,RCSF)测量设备,并探究其临床测量的重复性和有效性。方法制作手持式具有干涉视力计功能的RCSF样机3台,并对48例(48眼)正常人(RCSF测量组)和20例(33眼)成熟白内障患者(干涉条纹视力测量组),分别进行2次RCSF测量和术前最佳矫正视力测量。对2组间RCSF测量差异性进行独立样本t检验,术前、术后最佳矫正视力相关性采用线性相关分析。结果在对48例正常人的2次测量中,对应空间频率2.4c·d^-1、3.6c·d^-1、6.0c·d^-1、9.0c·d^-1、15.0c·d^-1、24.0c·d^-1的前后不一致的次数分别是0次、0次、2次、4次、4次、9次,一致率分别是100%、100%、95.8%、91.7%、91.7%、81.3%。除对应空间频率24.0c·d^-1的RCSF测量值外,其余空间频率测量结果与平板微机RCSF测定仪的测量结果相比差异均无统计学意义(均为P〉0.05)。33眼白内障患者中有19眼术前无法用样机测出最佳矫正视力,术前和术后最佳矫正视力之间具有相关性(r=0.382,P=0.028)。〉20~40岁组、〉40—60岁组和〉60~80岁组,术前与术后视力测量一致性分别为34.4%、53.7%和25.9%。结论具有干涉视力计功能的手持式RCSF测量样机具有较好的移动性、良好的测量稳定性和有效性,不但可以用于测量RCSF,且具有良好的干涉视力计测量功能。
Objective To study and produce a novel hand-held instrumental pro- totype measuring retinal contrast sensitivity function (CSF)with function of interferom- eter,and investigate its efficiency and repeatability in clinic. Method Three instru- mental prototype measuring retinal-CSF with function of interferometer were produced, the retinal CSF and visual acuity of 48 normal eyes and 33 eyes with cataract were measured two-times each before surgery. The differences of retinal CSF between two groups was analyzed by t test, and the correlation between preoperative and postopera- tive visual acuity was also analyzed by Pearson analysis. Results In the 48 normal eyes under spatial frequency of 2.4 c·d^-1,3.6 c·d^-1,6.0 c·d^-1,9.0 c ·d^-1, 15.0 c·d^-1 and 24.0 c·d^-1 ,the inconsistency of two-times measurement was 0,0,2, 4,4,9,the rate of consistency was 100% ,100% ,95.8% ,91.7% 91.7% ,81.3% ,respec- tively, the measurement consistency ( except for 24.0 c·d^-1) with results measured by digital parallel-based retinal CSF instrument was significant ( all P 〉 0.05 ). Out of 33 eyes with cataract,visual acuity in 19 eyes could not be measured. The correlation be- tween preoperative and postoperative visual acuity was positive ( r = 0.382 ,P = 0.028 ). Among groups of 20 -40 years old,40 -60 years old and 60 -80 years old, the consisten- cy of preoperative and postoperative visual acuity was 34.4% , 53.7% and 25.9% , re- spectively. Conclusion The hand-held prototype of retinal CSF with function of in- terferometer have the amazing mobility,stability and efficiency,which can be efficiently applied in measuring retinal CSF and potential visual acuity as well.
