铁离子对视网膜细胞毒性的研究进展

摘要 正常铁离子浓度对维持视网膜细胞功能有着重要作用。国内外学者已证实铁超载与年龄相关性黄斑变性等视网膜疾病密切相关。本文就视网膜细胞内铁离子转运机制与铁离子代谢紊乱相关视网膜疾病作一综述。 The normal iron ion concentration plays an important role in maintai- ning the function of retinal cells. Many researchers have proved that iron overloading is associated with age related macular degeneration. This paper reviews the retinal disea- ses which are related with iron metabolism disorder and iron transport mechanisms.
