空心件楔横轧成形过程的应力应变分析 被引量:1

摘要 空心件楔横轧成形过程比较复杂 ,作者根据楔横轧变形原理和变形特点 ,指出楔横轧变形有明显的宏观拉拔特性 ;进行了空心件楔横轧成形过程的应力分析 ;研究了空心件楔横轧成形过程壁厚变化的规律 ,并给出了根据工艺条件预测壁厚变化值的公式。 A deformation process of cross wedge rolling for hollow parts is very complicated. In the paper, the deformation principle and characteristics of cross wedge rolling were described and it showed a significant drawing characteristic. The stress and the law of wall thick change during the forming process of hollow parts by cross wedge rolling were analyzed. Finally, a formula used for predicting the change of wall thickness by the process parameters was given. The results obtained in this study could be used for a hollow part deformation by the similar process.
