造粒石墨加入量对Al_2O_3-SiC-C质浇注料性能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 以粒度为8~5、5~3、3~1mm的电熔棕刚玉,粒度为≤1、0.045mm的电熔致密刚玉,以及粒度为≤1、0.064mm的SiC为主要原料,按骨料与基质料的质量比为71:29,复合加入2%(W)的硅粉和0.4%(w)的B4C为抗氧化剂,以w(C)=35%的造粒石墨为碳源,并改变其加入量,制备了w(c)=0、2%、4%和6%的Al2O3-SiC—C质浇注料。研究造粒石墨加入量对浇注料物理性能、抗氧化性、抗渣性和抗热震性的影响。结果表明:随着造粒石墨加入量的增加,浇注料加水量增加,体积密度和强度降低,抗热震性提高;w(C)=4%时浇注料的抗氧化性最好;造粒石墨加入量的增加有助于提高浇注料的抗渣渗透性,抗侵蚀性也有所改善。 AI2Q-SiC-C castables with carbon content of 0,2% ,4% and 6% (in mass,the same hereinafter) were prepared using brown fused corundum (8-5,.5-3 and 3-1 mm),dense fused corundum (≤1 and 0.045 mm) and SiC (≤1 and ≤0. 064 mm) as main starting materials with mass ratio of aggregate: matrix =71:29,2% silicon powder and 0.4% B4C as antioxidant, and pelletized graphite with 35% carbon as carbon source. Effects of pelletized graphite addition on physical properties, oxidation resistance, slag resistance and thermal shock resistance of Al2O3-SiC-C castables were researched. The results show that,with the increase of pelletized graphite addition,the required water amount of castable increases,the bulk density and strength reduce, the thermal shock resistance increases; with 4% carbon,the castable performs the best oxidation resistance;the increase of pelletized graphite is beneficial to the improvement of slag penetration resistance and corrosion resistance.
