摘要
分别以粒度≤3 mm的电熔棕刚玉、高铝矾土熟料和矾土均质料为主要原料制备了高炉用无水炮泥,研究了加入量(w)均为30%的3种原料对炮泥性能的影响。结果表明:1)与高铝矾土熟料相比,矾土均质料孔隙率较低,用其制备的炮泥在获得良好塑性的条件下需要的焦油量较少;2)加入矾土均质料炮泥的常温耐压强度和高温抗折强度明显高于加入高铝矾土熟料炮泥试样的,其性能与加入棕刚玉炮泥的性能相近,并且炮泥性能具有良好的稳定性;3)加入矾土均质料炮泥具有优异性能的原因得益于矾土均质料化学组成和矿物组成均匀稳定,材料结构中存在大量发育良好的莫来石相。
The waterless taphole clays for blast furnace were prepared using brown fused corundum, bauxite clinker and homogenized bauxite with particle size ≤3 mm as main starting materials. Effects of the three starting materials (additions were all 30 mass% ) on properties of the taphole clay were studied, respectively. The results show that, (])compared with bauxite clinker, the homogenized bauxite has lower porosity,the taphole clay made of homogenized bauxite needs less tar to get good plasticity (2)the taphole clay made of homogenized bauxite has good stability and significantly higher cold crushing strength and hot modulus of rupture than that made of bauxite clinker, similar with that made of brown fused corundum~ (3)the reason for the taphole clay made of homogenized bauxite with excellent performance is that the homogenized bauxite has uniform and stable chemical and mineral compositions, and a large number of well-developed mullite phases.
