摘要
HLA-B27是MHCⅠ类分子,因而具有MHCⅠ类分子的相关生物学特性。在正常免疫状态下,HLA-B27分子执行对内源性抗原如肿瘤及病毒的免疫监视及杀伤功能;但在机体免疫状态出现异常的情况下,它又可能成为引发自身免疫性疾病的主要相关因素,其中最为著名的是其与强制性脊柱炎(AS)的关联研究。我们首先概述了HLAB27分子正常免疫学功能的研究进展,然后对其在AS相关性研究中的进展进行了总结和分析。通过对上述两方面的综述与分析,全方位展示HLA-B27在执行免疫学功能和引发免疫病理性改变方面的作用,为全面认识和深入研究HLA-B27分子的生理与病理学作用提供坚实的基础。
HLA-B27 molecules are belonged to MHC I, and thus have the classical MHC I molecule biologi cal characteristics. Under normal immune status, HLA-B27 performs immune surveillance and killing function for endogenous antigen, such as tumors and virus. However, in the case of abnormal immune status, it also may trig ger autoimmune diseases, especially ankylosing spondilitis(AS). Therefore, we will overview the progress of the nor mal immunological function of HLA-B27 molecules, and then summary and analysis their progress in association with AS. Through the overview and analysis of the above two aspects of HLA-B27, we will extensively display its immunological function and its trigger roles in immune pathological changing, and provide a solid foundation for in-depth understanding the physiological and pathological functions of HLA-B27 molecules.
