This paper introduces the basic idea,course design and examination mode of Clinical Course of Major TCM Schools,aims to seek teaching reforms that combine diagnostic and therapeutic ideas in past generations with modern clinical practice and thus enables to carry out＂students-oriented＂teaching reforms in developing their ability in academic research and fulfill the real essence of Major TCM Schools—a link between theoretical innovation and clinical practice.
