铁牛七生品与炮制品抗炎镇痛作用比较研究

Comparative Study on Analgesic Effect of Raw and Processed Aconitumf lavumHand.Mazz.

目的:比较铁牛七生品与炮制品在抗炎镇痛作用方面的差异。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀实验比较铁牛七生品与炮制品的抗炎作用差异,设置6个实验组,统计各组小鼠耳郭肿胀度,计算各组药物的抑肿率;采用冰醋酸致小鼠扭体疼痛反应实验比较铁牛七生品与炮制品的镇痛作用差异,设置4个实验组,统计各实验组小鼠疼痛潜伏时间及15 min内扭体次数。结果:二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀实验中,各实验药组小鼠的耳郭肿胀度均小于空白对照组小鼠,各实验药组抑肿率明显;冰醋酸致小鼠扭体疼痛反应实验中,各实验药组小鼠扭体次数均明显少于空白对照组,阳性药组小鼠的潜伏期长于其他各组,铁牛七生品组及炮制品组潜伏期与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:铁牛七生品与炮制品均有明显抗炎镇痛作用,且两者的抗炎镇痛作用无显著差异。

Objective：To compare the differences in analgesic effect between the raw and processed Aconitumf lavumHand.Mazz.Methods：We compare the differences in anti-inflammatory action of raw and processed Aconitumf lavumHand.Mazz.by the mouse ear swelling test induced by xylene.We set up 6 experimental groups and calculated the auricular swelling grade to calculate the tumor inhibition rate; we compare the analgesic effects between the raw and processed Aconitumf lavumHand.Mazz.by glacial acetic acid-induced body writhing test.Four experimental groups were set up to calculate the latent time and 15 min writhing times.Results：The mouse ear swelling test showed that the auricular swelling grade in experimental groups were lower than that of the blank control group,and the tumor inhibition rates in experimental groups were reduced; the body writhing test showed that the writhing times in experimental groups were less than that of the blank control group,and the latent period in positive drug groups were longer than the others.No significant difference was found in latent period among experimental groups and blank control group.Conclusion：Both the raw and processed Aconitumf lavumHand.Mazz.have anti-inflammatory action,and without significant difference between them.
