摘要
表面增强激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)是蛋白质组学新近发展起来的一种研究方法,具有高通量、快速、高灵敏性和样本要求低等优点,近年来被广泛应用于中医药领域。对SELDITOF-MS技术在中医证候及中药抗肿瘤研究中的应用进行综述,以进一步挖掘该技术的应用前景。
Surface-enhanced laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry（ SELDI-TOF-MS） is a kind of newly developed research method of proteomics.It has the following advantages：high throughput,rapid,high sensitivity and low sample request,and is widely applied in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.This paper summarizes the application of SELDI-TOF-MS technique in Chinese medical syndrome and anti-tumor research in order to further explore the application prospects of this technique.
