冠心病患者脂联素水平与脉搏波速度的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者血清脂联素水平与臂踝脉搏波速度(baPWV)的相关性。方法:收集2008-01至2012-12确诊的50例冠心病住院患者(病例组)和同期体检50例正常人(对照组)。比较两组血清脂联素水平和baPWV的统计学差异,并对冠心病患者血清脂联素水平与baPWV进行相关性分析。结果:病例组血清脂联素水平(7.54±3.08)μg/ml较对照组(9.94±3.51)μg/ml明显降低(P<0.01),而baPWV(1654.48±401.77)cm/s较对照组baPWV(1213.39±260.60)cm/s明显加快(P<0.01);偏相关分析显示冠心病患者血清脂联素水平与PWV呈显著负相关(r=-0.752,P<0.01)。结论:高水平血清脂联素可能是冠心病的保护因素。 Objective:To investigate the relationship of serum levels of adiponectin and pulse wave velocity in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:50patients with CHD and 50normal person were recruited from Jan 2008to Dec 2012.The clinical data of subjects contains age,gender,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),hepatic function,renal function,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum adiponectin level,pulse wave velocity(PWV),and body mass index(BMI).Results:Serum concentrations of adiponectin were significantly lower in patients with CHD(7.54±3.08)μg/ml than matched healthy controls,while PWV were significantly higher in patients with CHD(1654.48±401.77)cm/s than controls.Concentrations of adiponectin was inversely correlated to the PWV in patients with CHD(r=-0.752,P<0.01).Conclusion:High levels of adiponectin in serum may be the protective factor for CHD.
