摘要 声脉冲辐射力(ARFI)弹性成像技术是超声弹性成像的一项新技术,能够克服静态/准静态弹性成像对深部组织无法有效施压的局限性,并且通过自动获得深部组织因脉冲产生的位移,从而无创性评估生物组织的弹性硬度。ARFI弹性成像作为近年超声研究热点,能够对组织进行定性、定量及半定量的评价。该文对ARFI弹性成像技术在诊断甲状腺结节病变的临床研究予以综述。 Acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) elastography is a new technology of ultrasound elastography,which can overcome the limitations of static/quasi-static elastography that cannot effectively put pressure on the deep tissue. By receiving the displacement of deep tissue automatically due to the pulse, the biological tissue elastic stiffness can be assessed non-invasively. As the hotspot of ultrasound research in recent years,ARFI can make the qualitative, quantitative and semi-quantitative evaluation of the tissues. Here is to make a review of the clinical research progress of the ARFI elastography in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules.
