CT血管造影及超声诊断小儿主动脉弓畸形价值 被引量:3

Value of CT angiography and ultrasonography to the diagnosis of aortic arch anomalies in children

摘要 目的探讨CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)及超声在诊断主动脉弓畸形中的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术组织病理证实的22例主动脉弓畸形患者超声及CTA声像资料。结果超声诊断主动脉弓畸形符合率72.7%(16/22),合并心内畸形的符合率为96.9%(28/29);CTA诊断主动脉弓畸形符合率100%(22/22),合并心内外畸形的符合率为79.3%(23/29);CTA诊断主动脉弓畸形的符合率高于超声(χ2=6.345,P=0.014),诊断合并心内外畸形的符合率低于超声(χ2=5.231,P=0.016)。结论 CTA对主动脉弓畸形的诊断准确率高于超声检查,但对合并心内外异常结构的诊断不如超声。 Objective To explore the value of CT angiography (CTA) and ultrasonography to the diagnosis of aortic arch anomalies. Methods The findings of ultrasonography and CTA were retrospectively analyzed in 22 patients with histopathologically confirmed aortic arch anomalies. Results The coincidence of ultrasonography was 72.7 % (16/22) for aortic arch anomalies, and 96.9% (28/29) for those complicated with endocardial deformity. The coincidence of CTA was 100% (22/22) for aortic arch anomalies, and 79.3% (23/29) for those complicated with endocardial deformity. The coincidence of CTA was significantly higher than that of ultrasonography for aortic arch anomalies (x2= 6. 345, P = 0. 014), and was significantly lower than that of ultrasonography for those complicated with endocardial deformity (x2 = 5.231,P = 0. 016). Conclusions The diagnostic rate of aortic arch anomalies by CTA is higher than that of ultrasonography, and ultrasonography is superior to CTA in diagnosis of aortic arch anomalies combined with endocardial deformity.
