摘要
目的 :控制白芍及炒白芍浓缩颗粒质量 ,建立芍药苷的高效液相色谱法。方法 :色谱条件为 C-18柱 ,以甲醇 -0 .0 5 m ol/ L磷酸二氢钾 -异丙醇 -醋酸 (6 7∶ 173∶ 4∶ 4)为流动相 ,流速为 0 .8ml/ m in,检测波长为 2 30 nm。结果 :平均回收率为 99.4% ,RSD为 0 .6 4%。结论 :此方法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好 ,其它组分对测定无干扰 ,可用于质量控制。
Objective: To control the quality of Baishao and decocted Baishao extracts, the HPLC method for paeoniflorin was established. Methods: A chromatography method for the separation and determination of paeoniflorin was established, chromatography conditions: C 18 column with methanol 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydyroger phosphate-2 propanol-HAc (67∶173∶4∶4) as the mobile phase at 0.8 ml/min flow rate, detection wavelength at 230 nm. Results: The average recovery was 99.4%, with RSD 0.64%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and with a good reproducibility.
