The Preparation Technology of Shenqijing Oral Solution and the Determination of Astragaloside IV

目的 :采用薄层扫描法测定参芪精口服液中黄芪甲甙含量。方法 :采用正交试验法对其工艺优化。结果 :方法简便、稳定、重现性好。结论 :可为黄芪含量测定提供参考。

TLC scanning was used to determine astragaloside IV in Shenqijing oral solution. The extracting technology was opitimized by orthogonal test. Astragaloside IV was efficiently quantitated by TLC scanning. This method can provide reliable indexes for the content determination of astragal preparations.
