铝合金油底壳压铸工艺的数值分析及优化 被引量:4

Processing Optimization of Die Casting Aluminum Alloy Oil Pan Based on the AnyCasting Software

摘要 在对铝合金油底壳工艺结构分析的基础上,初步进行了浇注系统设计。通过AnyCasting软件系统地分析了不同工艺参数和内浇道尺寸对铸件充型、凝固过程的影响,预测了铸件缩孔、缩松分布。通过对工艺参数及内浇道尺寸的优化,有效地减少了铸件的缩孔、缩松等缺陷。优化后的工艺参数:浇注温度为650℃,模具温度为190℃,冲头低压速度为0.25m/s,高压速度为3.15m/s;内浇道厚度为6mm。 Gating system for aluminum alloy oil pan was designed preliminarily based on analysis of process and structure.With the help of AnyCasting software,effects of different process parameters and ingate size on filling and solidification process of casting were analyzed systematically to predict distribution of shrinkage porosities(holes).Shrinkage porosities(holes)in the aluminum alloy oil pan were decreased effectively by optimizing the process parameters and the ingate size.The optimized process parameters were presented as follows:pouring temperature of 650℃,mould temperature of 190℃,0.25 m/s low speed and 3.15m/s high speed of plunger as well as the ingate thickness of 6mm.
