摘要
用ProCAST铸造仿真软件对ZL104铝合金活塞砂型重力铸造过程进行了数值模拟。依据模拟结果,分析了铸件充型凝固过程的速度场和温度场,并预测出缺陷形成区域,建立了工艺优化措施。采用增设冒口、降低浇注速度等措施后,原铸造缺陷位置发生改变,提高了产品的品质和合格率。
The sand mold gravity casting process for ZL104aluminum alloy piston was simulated by the ProCAST software.Based on the simulated results,the velocity field and temperature field of filling and solidification process were predicted,and the defect area was estimated.The optimized processing design was presented.With adding a riser and reducing the casting speed,the defect position in the initial castings was transferred,and the quality and yield of the castings were improved.
