摘要
综合考虑了7050铝合金在淬火冷却过程中材料热物性参数和高温力学性能参数的非线性性质,以应力框试件为研究对象,借助非线性有限元软件ABAQUS,对7050铝合金试件淬火冷却过程中的温度场和热应力场进行了数值模拟。结果表明,温度场的数值模拟很好地反映了试件淬火时温度场的分布规律。应力框的变形特征与公认的变形结果相符合。
Temperature and thermal stress field in 7050aluminum alloy stress frame specimen in the process of quenching cooling were predicted with the help of the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS,in which non-linear features of thermal-physical properties of the 7050alloy during quenching process and elevated mechanical property parameters were considered comprehensively.The results indicate that temperature field simulation is well agreement with temperature field distribution of the quenched specimen,and deformation features of stress frame sample is accordant with the recognition results.
