The Identification Study of Quban Oral Liquid

目的 :建立祛斑口服液的鉴别方法。方法 :采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中主要组分。结果 :方中党参、黄芪和白术的薄层色谱具有鉴别特征。结论 :薄层色谱鉴别可作为祛斑口服液的质量控制指标。

Objective: To establish an identification method for Quban oral liquid. Methods: TLC was used for the quantitative analysis. Results: Radix Condonopsis pilosulae, Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae were spotted in the TLC analysis. Conclusion: The TLC characters can be used in the quality control.
