蒙成药中丁香薄层色谱鉴别研究

Study on TLC Identification for Flos Caryophylli in Mongolian Traditional Patent Medicine

目的 :对高勒图 -宝日 -6等不同剂型的 15种蒙成药中丁香的鉴别进行研究。方法 :采用薄层色谱对丁香进行鉴别。结果 :找到一种比较简单的供试液的制备方法和薄层色谱条件。结论 :该法同样适用于啊嘎日 -35等大复方散、丸剂 ,而且斑点清晰 ,重现性好。

In this paper, thin layer chromatographic identification for Flos Caryophylli in fifteen Mongolian traditional patent medicines which have different dossage form was studied, and a simple mean to prepare sample liquid and a good TLC condition were found. The result showed that this mean is suitable for some big compound such as Agari 35 etc. Spots of TLC were clear and with a good reproducibility.
