摘要 目的:观察P120-连环蛋白(P120-catenin,P120ctn)、E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin,E-cad)与蛋白激酶C(protein kinase C,PKC)在口腔鳞癌(oral squamous-cell carcinoma,OSCC)中的表达。方法:选用人正常口腔黏膜组织16例和OSCC标本51例,采用免疫组化方法(IHC)检测PKC、P120ctn和E-cad的表达。结果:在口腔鳞癌中P120ctn、E-cad的异常表达率显著高于它们在正常口腔黏膜组织中的表达,PKC的阳性表达率显著高于其在正常口腔黏膜组织中的表达(均P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移的OSCC组织中P120ctn、E-cad的异常表达率和PKC的阳性表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移组(均P<0.05)。P120ctn和E-cad的异常表达与PKC的阳性表达高度相关(均P<0.01)。结论:PKC、P120ctn和E-cad在OSCC中的表达具有相关性。 Objective: To investigate the expression of Protein kinase C( PKC), P120-catenin( P120ctn) and E-cadherin(E-cad) in oral squamous-ceil carcinoma (OSCC). Methods: The expression of PKC, P120ctn and E-cad was examined in 51 cases of human OS- CCs and 16 cases of normal oral mucosa by conventional immunohistochemistry(IHC). Results: Abnormal expression ratios of P120ctn and E-cad in OSCC were significantly higher than those in normal oral mucosa( all P 〈 0.05 ). Positive expression ratio of PKC in OSCC was significantly higher than that in normal oral rnucosa( all P 〈 0.05 ). Abnormal expression of P120ctn and E-cad and positive expres- sion of PKC in OSCC with lymph node metastasis were higher than those in tumor without lymph node metastasis ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Abnor- mal expressions of P120ctn and E-cad were correlated with positive expression of PKC ( all P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The expression of PKC, P120ctn and E-cad are correlated with each other and are involved in lymph node metastasis of OSCC.
