摘要
目的:分析不同rag基因型牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)在正畸牙龈炎患者中的分布状况。方法:41例患者为戴用矫治器后发生牙龈炎者(正畸治疗组),36例为未戴矫治器牙周健康者(对照组),25例为中、重度牙周炎患者(牙周炎组)。利用多重PCR技术检测受试者龈沟液标本中牙龈卟啉单胞菌及致病岛rag基因,分析其与临床指标之间的相互关系。结果:牙龈卟啉单胞菌阳性率(%)在正畸治疗组、对照组和牙周炎组分别为70.7、36.1和92.0(P<0.01)。在Pg阳性患者(正畸治疗组和牙周炎组)rag基因型检出率依次为rag-3、rag-4、rag-1和rag-2。结论:不同rag基因型P.gingivalis在不同病变组织中的分布不同;rag-3型和rag-4型Pg与牙龈炎的发生发展有密切关系。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of rag genotypes of Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg) in orthodontic patients with gingivitis. Methods: Multiple polymerase chain reaction( Multiple PCR) was set up to detect Pg and rag genotypes of Pg in 41 ortho- dontic patients with gingivitis, 36 controls without periodontal disease and 25 patients with periodontitis. The pathogenicity island rag gene and clinical indicators was analyzed. Results: Pg was positive in 70.7%, 36.1% and 92.0% of the orthodontic patients, healthy controls and patients with periodotitis respectively(P 〈0.01 ). In the patients with gingivitis or periodontitis the positive Pg rag-3 preva- lence was the highest followed by rag-4, rag-1 and rag-2. Conclusion: Pg with rag-3 and rag-4 may be associated with the develop- ment of gingivitis in the patients with orthodorLtics treatment.
