摘要
上颌尖牙出现S形根管的概率低。使用普通根管锉预备S形根管时易出现器械折断和根管偏移的情况。新近出现的TF锉使用镍钛材料扭转成型技术优化了镍钛颗粒结构并减少了微裂缝。相对于常规的磨削成型锉,TF锉不易出现根管偏移。本文报道一例上颌尖牙因牙髓炎接受根管治疗,使用加长TF锉预备27 mm长的S形根管后用热垂直加压充填技术完成根管充填。X线片显示根管充填完善、没有明显的根管偏移,提示使用TF锉预备S形根管配合热垂直加压充填技术可达到良好的临床效果。
The prevalence of maxillary canine with S-shaped root canal is low. Instrument fracture and root canal apical transportation may happen when common root canal files are used in the preparation of S-shaped root. Recently invented twisted files with Ni-Ti material twis- ting technique may optimize Ni-Ti grain structure and eliminate microfracture. Comparing with other endodontic files made by grinding tech- nique, the Twisted Files rarely lead to root canal transportation. A maxillary canine with Si-shaped canal and with pulpitis was tread by root canal therapy. Twisted Files were used in preparing the 27 mm S-shaped root canal, and then thermal vertical technology was used to fill the canal. X-ray examination showed a perfect root canal filling without root canal transportation. This report indicates that use of twisted Ni-Ti files to prepare S-shaped root canal followed by thermal vertical filling can achieve favorable clinical result.
