A case of 3 mesial root canals in the right mandibular first molar

报道1例右下颌第一磨牙近中3根管病例的发现和治疗,提示在根管治疗的过程中,尽可能仔细探查根管,避免遗漏一些非常规的根管,规范预备各类主副根管和侧枝根管,彻底清理和严密充填复杂的根管系统,以达到完善根管治疗的目的。

A case of 3 mesial root canals in the right mandibular first molar was reported. The results showed that it is important to detect the root canal carefully, especially the unconventional root canal, during root canal therapy. Moreover, in order to improve the effect of root canal therapy the main, auxiliary and collateral root canals should be specifically prepared.
