原位再生复原技术治疗感染坏疽性糖尿病足的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treating Gangrene of Diabetic Foot with In Situ Regenerative Restoration Technology

目的观察原位再生复原技术治疗感染坏疽性糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法 对14例确诊为感染坏疽性糖尿病足患者创面规范应用原位再生复原技术配合扩创冲洗治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 14例患者治愈13例,死亡1例,创面愈合时间为89d^241 d,平均106.00 d±11.21 d。结论原位再生复原技术治疗糖尿病足,效果显著,避免了患者截肢的痛苦,患者愿意接受,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the elinicai therapeutic effect of In Situ Regenerative Restm＇alion Technology in treating gangrene of diabelie foot. Methods Fourteen patients diagnosed with diabetic foot gangrene were given tile standard treatment of In Situ Regenerative Restoration Technology combined with wound debridement and douching. The therapeutic effeet was ohserved. Results Of the 14 patients, 13 got healed and the renmining one died. The wound healing lime of the 13 patients was 89 d -241 d, with an average of 106 d ± 11.21 d. Conclusion In Situ Regenerative Restoration Technology in Ihe treatment of diabetie foot is well accepted by patients in that it can avoid amputation and suffering thereof, get significant therapeutic effects, and thus should be promoted and applied in clinic.
