目的总结、分析应激性溃疡(Stress Ulcer,SU)的发病机制及胃肠再生复原技术防治该病的临床疗效及应用规范。方法通过对应激性溃疡的病因,发病机理和临床诊断依据的分析,提出早期、全程、规范应用胃肠再生复原技术的治疗原则和治疗方法。结果 胃肠再生复原技术可以达到止血和促进溃疡创面生理性无瘢痕愈合的目的。结论 胃肠再生复原技术预防和治疗应激性溃疡,疗效可靠、持久,可有效保护胃肠黏膜并促进损伤胃肠黏膜生理性再生复原。

Objective To summarize and analyze the pathological mechanism of （Stress Ulcer, SU） anti clinical effeicacy ＆ application standard ot Gastrointestinal Regenerative Restoralion Technology in preventing and treating SU. Methods Based on the analysis of cause of disease, pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis evidences of stress ulcer, treatment principle and method of early, full-course and standard application of Gastrointestinal Regenerative Restoration Technology was proposed. Results Gastrointestinal Regenerative Restoration Technology could achieve hemostasis and promotion of ulcer wound healing physiologically without scar formatien. Conclusion Gastrointestinal Regenerative Restoration Technology has reliable and durable effect in preventing and treating stress ulcer, and can effectively protect GI lining and promote physiologically regenerative restoration of damaged GI lining.
