血清胱抑素C和尿酸水平对冠心病病变程度的预测价值 被引量:7

摘要 冠心病的发生、发展涉及多种机制,早期预测冠脉病变严重程度及预后在临床上有着重要意义。探讨冠心病新的可能致危因素及其作用是目前心血管病领域的研究热点。研究发现,血清胱抑素C(Cys—C)和尿酸(UA)水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度相关。本文通过回顾性分析冠心病患者血清Cys—C及UA的水平,分析和探讨其对冠心病严重程度的预测价值。
