不同方法重建手指屈指深肌腱止点的生物力学研究 被引量：4

摘要 屈指深肌腱（FlexorDigitorumProfundus，FDP）Ⅰ区和Ⅱ区损伤的修复均需重建FDP止点。肌腱止点重建应承受术后早期功能练习所产生的负荷，为肌腱一骨的愈合提供基础。Pulvertaft’s法因断裂率低而广泛用于屈肌腱移植的近端吻合，而末节指骨肌腱止点重建的方法因效果不理想而存在争议。Bunnell最早对纽扣法进行了描述，在临床上广泛用于肌腱一骨界面的止点重建，
