关中地区正常中老年人腰骶角的X线测量

Lumbar X-ray film measurement of lumbosacral angle for healthy middle-aged and elderly people in Guanzhong areas

目的研究关中地区正常中老年人腰骶角的大小。方法依照整群、分层、随机抽样原则抽取45—72岁关中地区汉族健康中、老年人群500人，拍摄腰椎正侧位X线片。用数码相机对X线片进行翻拍并将所摄影像数据输入电脑。测量软件选用“CAD2009中望”医用软件系统进行标记、测绘，记录腰骶角值。结果女性腰骶角值为（37．29±7．36）°，男性为（43．39±8．60）°，男女性别之间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。结论腰骶角男性较女性大，在诊断脊柱失稳时，男女应有不同的诊断标准。

Objective To evaluate the rage of lumbosacral angle through the lumbar X-ray film measurement. Methods Five hundred people aged from 45 to 72, were selected randomly in Guanzhong areas according to different levels. After lumbar anterior lateral X-ray was taken, the data and film were recorded digitally, and input into computer by Auto CAD 2009 software to measure and record lumbosasral angle. Results The range of lumbosacral angle were （43.39±8.60）° in the male, （37.29±7.36）° in the female. Lumbosacral angle was significantly different between male and female gender （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Lumbosacral angle is larger in men than women, and spinal instability diagnostic criteria should be different between men and women.
