髌旁内侧显露切开复位内固定治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨粉碎性髌骨骨折切开复位内固定采用髌旁内侧显露的临床效果。方法分别采用髌旁内侧显露和髌前显露手术治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折50例。结果 50例获平均13个月随访,髌旁内侧显露组Bostman评分平均为26.8分,优良率为84.0%;髌前显露组平均为26.2分,优良率为88.0%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论粉碎性髌骨骨折切开复位内固定术中采用髌旁内侧显露可取得满意的临床效果。
