自血穴位注射治疗女性免疫性不孕疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of autologous blood acupoint injection in treating female immune infertility

目的：观察自血穴位注射治疗女性免疫性不孕的临床疗效.方法：将62例确诊为女性免疫性不孕患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为两组,治疗组32 例给予自血穴位注射治疗,对照组30例口服泼尼松（10 mg/d）治疗,1个月经周期为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程.停止治疗后观察3~6个月.结果：治疗组总有效25例（78.13%）,对照组总有效13例（43.33%）.两组治愈率比与总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论：自血穴位注射在使用避孕套的基础上治疗女性免疫性不孕,效果显著且无不良反应,简便易行,值得进一步研究和推广.

Objective To observe clinical effect of autologous blood acupoint injection in treating female immune infertil- ity. Method 62 patients diagnosed as female autoimmune infertility patients were randomly divided into two groups by visiting sequence, the treatment group of 32 patients were given self- blood acupoint injection therapy, the control group of 30 patients were given oral predni- sone therapy （daily 10mg）, a menstrual cycle for a course of treatment, and had three courses of treatment, observed for 3 to 6 months after stopping the treatment. Results In treatment group,25 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 78. 13% ,In control greup, 13 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 43.33%. Cure rate of two grouPs was compared, the total effective rate of two groups was com- pared, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The effect of Self - blood - point injection on the basis of using condoms in treating female immune infertility is significant. And it is no adverse reactions, simple, worthy of further research and extension.
