中西医结合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎临床观察与护理

Clinical observation and nursing of acute edematous pancreatitis treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎的疗效。方法:将78例随机分为治疗组42例,对照组36例。对照组西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药鼻饲及灌肠治疗,比较两组在治疗效果的差异。结果:治疗组有效率95.24%,明显高于对照组的88.89%。结论:西药与中药(鼻饲)内服及灌肠治疗,较单一西药治疗,显效率和总有效率明显提高。

Objective To explore the effect of the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in acute edematous pancreatitis. Method 78 patients were randomly divided into treatment group with 42 eases and control group with 36 cases. Control group had conventional treatment of western medicine, and the treatment group added Chinese medicine nasal feeding and enema on the basic of the control group. The differences between the two groups in the therapeutic effect were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 95.24%, It was significantly higher than the control group of 88. 89%. Conclusion Western medicine, Chinese traditional medi- cine （nasal） by oral and enema treatment, significant effective rate and total efficiency is improved obviously compared with a single west- ern medicine treatment.
