急诊创伤骨科患者术后疼痛的影响因素及个体化护理效果

To Investigate the Factors Influencing Postoperative Pain of Patients in Department of Orthopedics Trauma and The Effect of Individual Nursing Care

目的:改进骨科创伤患者的护理方法,减轻患者术后疼痛。方法:将140例骨科患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组进行个体化护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组术后疼痛程度及缓解过程。结果:术后第1天起至术后第4天,观察组患者VAS评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:对于骨科患者进行个体化护理,能够减轻术后疼痛程度。

Objective To improve the methods of nursing care in department of orthopedics trauma patients, reduce postoperative pain. Method 140 eases in department of orthopedics patients were divided into observation group and control group ,the observation group was individual nursing, control group was routine nursing, degree of pain and ease the process were compared between the two groups. Results In the first days up to fourth days after operation, VAS score was significantly lower than that in patients of control group patients （ P 〈 0.05 ; P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion For individual nursing in department of orthopedics patients, can reduce the degree of postoper- ative pain.
