摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法在神经外科临床护理带教中的应用效果,以提高临床实习护生教学质量。方法:将在神经外科实习的88人随机分为传统教学组和PBL教学组,比较两组护士在本科实习结束时理论考试及操作考试成绩。结果:PBL教学组的理论考试成绩和操作考试成绩均明显优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法更能提高带教质量,激发学生学习的主动性和培养学生提出问题并解决问题的能力。
Objective To evaluate the application of problem -based learning on clinical teaching in department of neurosurgery, and improve the teaching quality of clinical nursing students. Method The study was performed by randomly divi.~ng the total number of 88 student nurses in department of neurosurgery into traditional teaching group and PBL teaching group. At the end of the undergraduate intern- ship course, a comparison was made between the two groups of nurses. Results The test scores of the PBL teaching group were obviously su- perior to those of the traditional teaching group both in theoretical and operating examinations( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion The results demon- strate that the PBL teaching method can improve the quality of teaching and stimulate the students learning. Besides, it can encourage students to ask questions and develop the ability to solve problems.
