摘要
近几年来，河北省信息服务系统硬件建设发展很快，但服务质量有待提高。正确分析信息服务的水平并探讨其发展对策，对推动社会信息化进程具有特别重要的现实意义。
In recent years,the facilities of information service have been greatly improved,but the quality of service is to be Updated. It is of special significance to evaluate the quality of the service and figure out the way to improve it so that the information process can be quickened.
