论自然资源保护法体系的完善

On Perfection of the System of Natural Resource Protection Law

自然资源保护法属于环境保护法的一个组成部分。目前 ,我国自然资源保护法律体系已基本形成 ,但还不十分完备 ,与自然资源保护和经济发展的要求不相适应。针对自然资源保护法体系存在的缺陷 ,应提出进一步完善的建议 。

Natural Resources Protection Law, which is a part of the Environment Protection Law, has at present been systematized on the whole, but with its somewhat imperfection it can't meet the requirements for protecting natural resources and developing national economy. It is consequently necessary to put forward some suggestions on perfecting the system of that law for promoting the development of natural resources protection in China.
