摘要
采用录音方式收集77例内科查房会话语料,发现查房医生较多使用非疑问功能的疑问句,对患者和下级医师等人实现思想情感、认知规律等表意功能和指令建议、提醒强调、解释说明、承诺安慰、责备抱怨等交际功能。分析显示非疑问功能疑问句的使用有助于建立和谐的医患关系和上下级关系,促进医疗工作的顺利开展。
From the 77 collections of recorded corpora in medical ward - round, it is shown that non - interrogative function questions are widely used in Ward - round Conversations. These questions help to realize ideographic functions such as expressing thoughts and emotions, learning the cognitive law for patients and subordinate physicians. And as well the communicative functions like directions and orders, reminding and empha- sizing, explanation and illustration, commitment and comfort, blame and complaint. The analysis indicates the use of non - interrogative function questions can help achieve harmonious interpersonal relationship and boost successful communication for both the patients and medical workers.
