摘要
目的:了解医学生社会主义核心价值观认同现状,为高等医学院校的核心价值观教育提供参考。方法:以陕西省某医学院校医学生为调查对象,采用自编核心价值认同问卷进行调查,并对核心价值观认同得分及影响因素进行t检验和χ2检验。结果:在构成医学生核心价值观认知认同、情感认同、行为认同的3个层次中,情感认同度得分最高,认知认同其次,行为认同度最低;不同性别的医学生在认知认同层次中得分有显著性差异(P<0.05);不同专业医学生在认同的3个层次都有显著性差异(P<0.05);在校生和实习生在认知认同和行为认同层次得分有统计学意义;多元价值观和社会风气等因素对在校生和实习生的核心价值观认同影响差异有统计学意义。结论:医学院校在开展社会主义核心价值观教育时,要加强医学生对理性认知的认识,要以情育人,创设实践平台,并形成教育合力,从而达到提高医学生社会主义核心价值观认同的目的。
Objective: To find out the identity to socialist core value of medical students, provided the reference for the value education of medical colleges and universities. Methods: The study is based on a survey of 432 medical students in Shaanxi, with the core value identity ques- tionnaire, with t and x2 Test to the influence of the factors to core values. Results: in the three levels constitute : cognition recognition, emotion recognition and behavior recognition, emotion recognition scores were the highest, followed by cognitive identity, behavior identity were minimum; Students of different gender had no significant difference in the level of emotion and behavior identity (P 〉 0.05 ) ; different professional medical students have significant differences in different levels of identity ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; undergraduate students and interns have statistical significance in cognition and behavior identity level; the multiple values and social conduct have significant influence to undergraduate students and interns. Conclusion: The medical colleges should strength rational cognition education, educate students affect, create platform to practice, form the re- sultant force of education, to improve the value identity to socialist core of medical students.
