湖北省荆州市某医院203例输卵管因素致继发性不孕患者调查

A Survey about 203 Cases of Secondary Infertility Caused by Oviduct Factor in a Certain Hospital in Jingzhou,Hubei

目的:了解因人工流产导致输卵管因素引起的继发性不孕患者的情况,为加强青少年生殖健康教育及推广实施人工流产后服务提供依据。方法:对2012年4月-2013年4月在湖北省荆州市某医院生殖中心行IVF-ET的203例输卵管因素致继发性不孕患者进行调查。结果:婚前妊娠占86.21%,再次人工流产次数占64.53%,妊娠年龄以18-20岁组居多,占52.71%;203例患者中未避孕者占85.22%,行人工流产时75.37%的患者选择个体及私营诊所就医,因健康教育资源匮乏,导致患者避孕知识及人工流产后相关知识严重缺乏。结论:加强青少年生殖健康教育,大力推广实施人工流产后服务。

Objective ： To study the conditions of patients with secondary infertility caused by oviduct factor after an artificial abortion, and to provide the basis for education of adolescent reproductive health and service after an artificial abortion. Methods： An investigation was done on 203 IVF - ET cycles with oviduct factor caused secondary infertility who received IVF - ET in a Jingzhou hospital of Hubei Province from April, 2012 to April, 2013. Results： Premarital pregnancy accounted for 86.21% , a second time artificial abortion accounted for 64.53%, and the ma- jority of the pregnancies are between 18 - 20 years old, the number is 52.71%. The patients without contraception reach a number of 85.22% , and 75.37% of the patients done their artificial abortion in individual or private clinics. Because of the lack of education resources, patients have a chronic shortage of knowledge about contraception and service after an artificial abortion. Conclusion： Strengthen the education of adolescent reproductive health, and promote the implementation of post abortion service.
