摘要
总结程家正教授临床经验。认为小儿反复呼吸道感染概由其脏腑娇嫩、易致邪热,肺常不足、心肝有余,误用寒凉、闭门留寇等所致;治疗应轻灵为要、兼固护本,清心泻肝、宣利肺气、勿过寒凉、顺势而为。并举验案2则。
This paper summarizes Prof. Cheng＇ s clinical experience with wind-heat cough in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection （RRI）. It is argued that RRI was caused by misadministration of cold-cool herbs in lung deficiency or excessive heart patterns. Light herbs can be used in the treatment. Clearing heart to purge liver, dispersing the lung qi and avoiding cold and cool herbs are the therapeutic principles. Two proven cases are presented.
