文章论述了欧元汇率不稳定的原因及风险。从蒙代尔的最适度货币区理论出发分析了欧盟各国情况,由于欧元区难以满足该理论成立的条件,因而必然造成欧元疲软的局面。由于欧元在过渡期内的汇率受诸多不确定因素影响,因此使用欧元应小心谨慎。但随着欧元区内统一的大市场的形成。
The paper studies the reasons for the unsteadiness and risk of Eurodollars. The European Economic Community has been analyzed using the theory of the Most Suitable Currency Region. The Eurodollars dont meet the needs, hence the weakening. Because of the many unsteady factors, great care has to be taken in using Eurodollars. The exchange rate will be strengthened owing to the formation of the big market.
