摘要
基于对胸痹与心痹的辨析,认为扩张型心肌病(DCM)当从心痹辨治。DCM病位在心,涉及肺脾肾,介绍其辨证论治方法、常用遣方用药及临床注意事项。
On the basis of discrimination of chest-obstruction and heart-obstruction, it is argued that dilated cardiomyopathy should be differentiated and treated from heart-obstruction. Dilated cardiomyopathy is located in the heart and associated with the lung, spleen and kidney. This paper introduces the differentiation and treatment methods of dilated cardiomyopathy, as well as its common herbs and clinical precautions.
