扶正化瘀胶囊结合常规疗法治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化104例

Combination of “Fuzheng Huayu Capsule”and routine therapy for the treatment of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B: report of 104 cases

目的观察扶正化瘀胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的影响。方法将204例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者随机分为治疗组(104例)和对照组(100例);两组均给予保肝和抗病毒等常规治疗,治疗组结合扶正化瘀胶囊口服,疗程24周。观察两组肝功能、乙肝病毒指标转阴情况及肝纤维化指标变化情况。结果两组肝功能指标复常率和乙肝病毒指标转阴率无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组肝纤维化指标均明显降低(P<0.01),对照组降低不明显(P>0.05),且治疗组肝纤维化指标均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论扶正化瘀胶囊具有良好改善慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化作用。

Objective To observe the effect of ＂Fuzheng Huayu Capsule＂ for the treatment of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B. Methods Two hundred and four cases were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 104 cases were treated by routine therapy and ＂Fuzheng Huayu Capsule＂, and control group in which 100 cases were treated by routine therapy, with the course of 24 weeks. The indicators of liver function, HBV and hepatic fibrosis were observed. Results No significant difference was found in normalization rate of liver function indicators and negative conversion ratio of HBV between the two groups （P 〉0.05） ; after treatment, the hepatic fibrosis indicators in treatment group were reduced markedly （ P 〈0.01 ）, but without significant difference in control group （P 〉0.05 ）, and the hepatic fibrosis indicators in treatment group were lower than that of the controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ＂Fuzheng Huayu Capsule＂ can improve the liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B effectively.
