温阳消积方配合活血止痛散治疗慢性盆腔炎63例

Combination of “Wenyang Xiaoji Formula” and “Huoxue Zhitong Powder” for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation disease: report of 63 cases

目的观察温阳消积方配合活血止痛散治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将123例患者随机分为治疗组(63例)和对照组(60例),治疗组予温阳消积方内服配合活血止痛散外敷,对照组予康妇消炎栓治疗。两组疗程均为30天,观察临床疗效及中医证候变化情况。结果①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.82%、66.67%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,治疗组神疲乏力、腹痛、下腹坠胀、腰酸、月经失调、附件增厚、盆腔压痛和盆腔包块分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组腹痛、下腹坠胀、附件增厚、盆腔压痛和盆腔包块分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,神疲乏力、腹痛、下腹坠胀、腰酸和盆腔压痛分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性盆腔炎虚寒证患者,温阳消积方配合活血止痛散可显著改善其临床症状、体征,疗效优于康妇消炎栓。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂ Wenyang Xiaoji Formula＂ and ＂ Huoxue Zhitong Powder＂ for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation disease. Methods One hundred and twenty-three cases were randomized into treatment group and control group. Sixty-three cases in treatment group were treated by ＂Wenyang Xiaoji Formula＂ and ＂Huoxue Zhitong Powder＂, and 60 eases in control group were treated with ＂Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository＂, with the course of 30 days. We observed the clinical efficacy, symptoms and signs. Results （~ The total effective rate was 96.82% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group. Significant difference was found in clinical efficacy between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. （~ The symptoms of fatigue, abdominal pain, sagging distention in lower abdomen, soreness of waist, irregular menstruation, adnexa thickness, pelvic tenderness and pelvic mass were all improved after treatment in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the symptoms of abdominal pain, sagging distention in lower abdomen, adnexa thickness, pelvic tenderness and pelvic mass were all improved after treatment in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, there were significant differences in fatigue, abdominal pain, sagging distention in lower abdomen, soreness of waist and pelvic tenderness between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂Wenyang Xiaoji Formula＂ and ＂Huoxue Zhitong Powder＂ can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with lower abdominal pain of cold deficiency pattern. Its therapeutic effect is superior to ＂Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository＂.
