石氏音乐颈项平衡操结合中药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病42例

Combination of Shi's exercise with music and Chinese medicine for the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis

目的观察石氏音乐颈项平衡操联合口服椎脉回春合剂、外用复方紫荆消伤膏治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将126例病例随机分为治疗组、对照A组和对照B组,每组42例。各组均予石氏椎脉回春合剂口服、复方紫荆消伤膏颈部外敷,对照A组同时进行石氏颈项平衡操锻炼,治疗组在特定音乐的环境下进行石氏颈项平衡操锻炼。各组治疗周期均为90天,观察临床疗效及椎-基底动脉血流变化情况;疗程结束后6个月内,随访疾病复发情况。结果①治疗组、对照A组、对照B组总有效率分别为97.6%、83.3%、71.4%;治疗组临床疗效优于对照A组、对照B组(P<0.05),对照A组优于对照B组(P<0.05)。②各组治疗后高流速型BA、VA收缩峰血流速度减慢,低流速型加快(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组与对照A组、对照B组比较,高流速型、低流速型BA、VA收缩峰血流速度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗组、对照A组、对照B组复发率分别为9.1%、33.3%、66.7%,治疗组复发率低于对照A组、对照B组(P<0.05),对照A组低于对照B组(P<0.05)。结论石氏音乐颈项平衡操结合中药疗法对于椎动脉型颈椎病患者高流速型、低流速型BA、VA收缩峰血流速度呈双向调节作用,临床疗效显著,复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sbi＇ s exercise combining with ＂Zhuimai Huichun Mixture＂ orally aml ＂＇ Cumpouml Zijin Xiaoshaug Ointment＂ externally in treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods One hundred and twenty-sixty cases were randonfized into treatmenl group, control A group and control B group, with 42 cases in each group. The cases in these three groups were treated with ＂Zhuimai Huichun Mixture＂ orally and ＂Compound Zijin Xiaoshang Ointment＂ externally. The cases in control A group wet~ added with Shi＇ s exercise without music, and cases in treatment group were added with Shi＇ s exercise with music. After the course of 90 days, we observed the clinical efficacy and vertebral-basilar artery blood flow, and we follow-up visit in 6 months ＇after tratment. Results ① The overall effective rate was 97.6% in the treatment group, 83.3% in the control A group and 71.4% in Ihe control B group, with a ditfmonce between the treatment group and control groups （P 〈0.05 ）. The clinical efficacy in control A group was superior to control B group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ② After treatment, the high flow rate BA and VA systolic peak blood flow velocity were decreased and the low flow rate was accelerated （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; ＇aider treatment, there were significant ditferenees in high flow rate, low flow rate BA and VA systolic peak blood flow velocity between treatment group and control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. ③ The recurrence rate was 9.1% in treatment grnup, 33.3% in control A group and 66.7% in control B group, with signiticant difference between treatment group and control groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and recurrence rate in control A group was lower than that of the control B group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shi＇ s neck balance exercise combining with music has two-way regulating function to the systolic peak blood flow velocity of Verebro-Basilar Arte^7, which can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate.
