西红花及其伪品的微性状鉴别

Micro-morphological identification of Crocus Stigma and its counterfeits

目的研究西红花及其伪品的微性状鉴别特征。方法采用中药微性状鉴定法对西红花及其伪品进行观察鉴别。结果西红花及其伪品的微性状特征明显,最主要的鉴别点为西红花柱头褶皱状及边缘具黄色分泌物,表皮细胞呈梭样凸起,并有花粉粒存在,而伪品无上述微性状特征。结论利用微性状鉴别法可以清楚地分辨出西红花药材表面微性状特征以及与伪品的鉴别要点,可为西红花的真伪鉴别及质量评价提供依据。

Objective To identify Crocus Stigma and its counterfeits sale on the market. Methods We identified Crocus Stigma and its counterfeits by traditional Chinese medicine micro-morphological identification method. Results The results of the experiment showed that Crocus Stigma was pleated and there existed yellow secretion at the edge of its stigma, and the epidermis cells were shuttled protruding and there were pollen grains on it, however its counterfeits did not have these features. Conclusion The difference between Crocus Stigma and its counterfeits can be identified by nliero-morpho[ogieaf identification method, which provides evidence for the identification of Crocus Stigma
