摘要
随着化工装置规模的不断扩大以及控制水平的不断提高,装置的安全将更多地依靠安全仪表系统(SIS)进行保障。SIS是一种安全保护系统,联锁的需求来源于多个方面,设备的可靠性是一个很重要的因素,需要对系统的安全完整性等级(SIL)进行评估。以典型合成氨装置的SIS为例,依据IEC 61511标准对合成氨装置的SIS进行定量分析。探讨了合成氨装置SIS定量评估过程中风险矩阵与控制,SIF识别,DCS与SIS的阀门共用等问题。
With the continual expansion of chemical industry installation and control level improvement,installation safety is relaying more and more on safety instrumented system(SIS)for guarantee.SIS is one of safety protection system,and the interlock requirement is from multi-sections,and the equipment reliability is a key element.System safety integrity level (SIL) needs to be evaluated.As an example,SIS quantitative assessment is conducted for typical ammonia production process following IEC 61511 standard.The issues of risk matrix and controlling,identification of safety instrumented function (SIF) and valves sharing between DCS and SIS are discussed as well.
