摘要
矩形流量计是一种新型的节流装置,可用于测量气体、蒸汽、液体(包括油浆、高黏度液体)、高摩擦性(含固体颗粒)流体以及腐蚀性流体,具有量程范围宽、耐磨损、压头损失小、精度高、需要直管段短等优点。阐述了矩形流量计的测量原理和特点,对矩形流量计的性能进行了重点分析,通过分析对比的方法详细说明了矩形流量计与其他类型差压流量计的区别,提出了矩形流量计在工程应用中的某些注意事项。
Rectangular flowmeter is a new type of throttle device,and can be used for measuring gas,steam,liquid including slurry and high viscosity liquid,high frictional fluid containing solid particles and corrosive fluid with the advantages of wide range,wear resistance,less head loss,high precision and less straight tube,etc.The principle and features of rectangular flowmeter are expatiated,and the performance evaluation is stressed.The differences among rectangular flowmeter and other types of differential pressure flowmeters are discussed in detail through comparison.Some notes are proposed during engineering application.
