改革开放 21年来，舟山的干部群众在党的思想路线指引下，不断解放思想，求真务实，艰苦奋斗，取得了现代化建设令人瞩目的成果。在新形势下，舟山要加快发展，必须进一步解放思想，求实创新，开拓进取。

： This paper is in retrospect of and summarizes the ordeal process that,for the past 21 years,Zhoushan's cadres and masses of the people,under the guidance of our Party's ideological line,continuously remolded for ideological emancipation,sought the truth and stuck to the concrete realities,consequently,have achieved conspicuous and solid accomplishments in the reform－ and－ open and modernization constructions.It also brings to light that to attain the goal to speed up Zhoushan's development needs to make further stride toward ideological emancipation,truth－ seeking and innovation.
