摘要
根据粉煤气化工艺流程特点以及流量计选型的基本原则,针对粉煤、灰渣水、黑水、蒸汽等介质的流量计选型提出了合理化建议。并结合固体流量计、多孔平衡流量计、均速管流量计、楔形流量计、标准节流装置和电磁流量计等的现场使用情况,对所选流量计的技术性能和经济性能进行了对比,为相近工况下流量计的选型提供了经验。
According to characteristics of coal gasification process and principles of flowmeter selection,rational proposals for flowmeter selection for media of coal,slag water,black water and steam are suggested.Combining with on-site application condition for solid flowmeter,balanced multiple porous throttle device,annubar flowmeter,wedge flowmeter,standard throttle installation and electromagnetic flowmeter,the technical and economic performance for selected flowmeter are compared.It will provide reference for selecting flowmeters under similar process conditions.
